Ian Wu
Chief Techonology Officer
As CTO and the co-founder, Ian brings 30 years of software development experience to Adtalk, including 6 years in Silicon Valley. Ian‘s drive and passion for customised software solutions has been instrumental in developing Adtalk‘s reputation as a highly regarded software development company. He enjoys challenging projects having a very good understanding of software and associated business processes to identify efficiencies and how to streamline these processes to provide management with value add solutions for the company.
A testament to Ian‘s leadership and innovative software design lead to the development of the world’s fastest nuclear safety control system for the U.S. Energy and Power Research Industry. Ian brought this passion back to Australia where he developed a mobile device management platform that enabled Telstra to be awarded the contract by Australia Post to control over 50,000 devices.
Ian continues to head up the Adtalk development team overseeing the implementation of large scale multi-layered processing systems, financial transaction processing and his key passion the evolvement of quality mobile applications.
Tim Killian

As CEO and co-founder of Adtalk, it’s hard to sum up everything Tim does. Basically he does all of the day-to-day operation and management of the company, business development, and high level oversight and management on key projects.
Tim encourages innovation from the team and strives to create a fun, challenging and high-performance work environment.
Tim’s looks to develop a deep understanding of the client’s needs to provide value-added solutions that meet those needs that are clear, simple, easy to understand and effective. He understands the importance of build long-term relationships with our clients and to provide unmatched customer service and response.
Peter Stefan
Key Client Manager
Peter has been with Adtalk since our inception and brings over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry. His previous roles have included managing and maintaining the technology department for a number of large and medium sized Australian companies. The knowledge Peter has brought from these previous roles have assisted Adtalk to establish itself and set a platform for future growth.
Currently Peter is responsible for managing the IT department at ACS International, the parent company of Britex Carpet Care and Rug Doctor Australia, ensuring that the customised platform developed and designed by Adtalk continues to grow and operate efficently with over 1,500 supermarket chains across Australia. As the key client manager, Peter makes certain the needs of the ACS International board members are met.
Joe Cervini
Account Manager
From day one, Joe has done a bit of everything at Adtalk including customer support, web design, graphic design, project management and sales.
Like most of the Adtalk team, Joe’s worn a lot of hats and his key focus is developing new business opportunities for Adtalk around Australia and ensuring the needs of existing clients are met with the highest of standard.
Joe manages all new marketing campaigns geared at raising awareness of our products and services, tracking what works and what is a waste of time to maximise the effectiveness of our service to Adtalk and our clients.

David Sinclair
RFID specialist
David is one of the founding owners of Adtalk and heads up the RFID side of the business. His experience in this specialised area is extensive having spent 26 years in the government managing permits and the systems implementation to administer the processes.
David lead a project that oversaw the process of 140,000 permit transactions that brought increased revenue to $1.2 million for the government. This system implementation was introduced with no increase to staffing. He was able to achieve this with an increase of 96% approval rating of the ratepayers.
David applies this experience to increase customers revenue stream with little increase to the expense line to ensure it leads to increased profits, while ensuring the stakeholders of the business are satisfied.
